| 妻 籠 宿 ユーディスと市川恵一さんと太田一正さんが
中仙道（木曽路）の妻籠宿を訪れました。
中仙道は、その昔、東京(江戸）と 京都(京）を結ぶ重要な街道でした。 有名な文学者の島崎藤村は 「木曽路はすべて山の中である。」 という書き出しで 始まる作品を残しています。 妻籠宿は中仙道の中にある宿場町の一つで
300年前の日本がよみがえる古き良き所です。

TSUMAGO
Miss.Judith, Mr. Keiichi Ichikawa and
Mr. Kazumasa Ota made a trip to Tsumago
of Nakasendo's (the Kiso route).
Nakasendo was an important link between
ancient Tokyo (Edo) and Kyoto (kyou).
A famous author , Touson Simazaki leaves
the work which begins with the extraction,
" all Kiso routes are in the mountain."
Tsumago was one of many cities
on the
Nakasendo Line, where travellers used to
stay over night 300 years ago.
The old
structures of the city are an attraction
for
many visitors.
