私の夏茶碗ができました。
8月25日の陶芸教室で製作した私の夏茶碗ができました。
茶道で使う夏の茶碗です。美濃焼の茶碗で織部と呼ばれ
る物です。織部の特徴は深い緑の色です。西暦1500年代 に活躍した武将の織田信長の家来であった古田織部の名
前に由来します。古田織部は侍でもあり茶人でもありました。
織部は美濃焼の代表的な物です。
ユーディスは素晴らしい出来栄えに満足しています。
達武衛先生の御指導に感謝しています。
My summer teacup
was made
The summer teacup of me who manifuctured
in the
ceramic art classroom on August
25th
was made.
It is a teacup in the summer to use
by the
tea ceremony.
It is the one which is called Oribe
with
the teacup of
MINOYAKI. Oribe's characteristic
is a deep green color.
It derives from the name of Oribe Huruta
who was the
vassel of Nobunaga Oda of the general
who
played an
active part in the 1500s. Oribe Huruta
was
a noted
SAMURAI , too, a tea person. As for
Oribe,
MINOYAKI
is typical.
Judith is satisfied with the wonderful
workmanship.
She
appreciates the guide of the Takeei
Tatsu
teacher.
